I Am Healthy
“I am healthy. I take care of me.”
Look at everything you know now.
You know you’re an amazing machine, the only one like you ever made. You know your Captain runs the whole show, and your job is to be its best crew. You know how to read your dashboard lights, polish your gate, rinse off the day, clear your deck, fill your tank, choose good fuel, let your engine run, and plug in to recharge.
When you do these things — even just a few, even not perfectly — you get to say the truest, proudest words there are:
“I am healthy. I take care of me.”
Not because someone told you to. Because your machine is amazing, it’s yours, and you love it. That’s what taking care of yourself really means.
