Every amazing machine needs to power down and recharge. For you, that’s sleep — and it might be the most magical thing your machine does.

Because here’s the secret: while you sleep, you are not doing nothing. Your Captain switches on the whole night crew. They fix up today’s bumps and scrapes, they sort all the things you learned into neat little drawers, and they help your whole machine grow bigger and stronger. You literally grow in your sleep!

That’s why your recharge light — the yawns, the heavy eyes — is so important. It’s your machine saying, “Time to plug in so the night crew can work.” A dark, cozy room, a comfy bed, and off you drift. In the morning: recharged, rebuilt, and ready.

🧠 Try It! — The power-down. At bedtime, lie back and let your machine get heavy, one part at a time. Sleepy toes… sleepy legs… sleepy tummy… sleepy arms… sleepy Captain. Slow breaths. You’re plugging in. Goodnight, amazing machine.
