Your Captain is your brain. It never, ever sleeps on the job. Right now, without you even asking, your Captain is beating your heart, filling your lungs, wiggling your toes, blinking your eyes, and reading these very words. Busy, busy Captain!
Your Captain runs the whole machine. And your mind — that’s the thinking part, all your ideas and dreams and daydreams — sits right up there with the Captain, imagining amazing things.
Your job is to be the Captain’s best crew. When you take care of your machine, your Captain can steer you anywhere you want to go.
