Good Fuel, Happy Engine

Grow-fuel is the steady kind. Zoom-fuel is a sometimes fuel, not an always fuel.

Food is fuel, and your machine loves it. But here’s the clever part: different fuels do different things.

Grow-fuel — like fruit, veggies, eggs, beans, bread, and cheese — is the steady kind. It builds your muscles, powers your Captain, and keeps your engine humming for hours. This is the fuel your machine wants most of the day.

Zoom-fuel — like candy, cake, and soda — is the sparkly kind. It’s fun, and there’s nothing wrong with a treat! But it burns up fast, like a firework: big whoosh, then poof. So it’s a sometimes fuel, not an always fuel.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just get to notice how different fuels make your machine feel, and choose more of what helps you shine.

🧠 Try It! — At your next meal, find one grow-fuel on your plate. Take a bite and imagine it powering up your muscles and your Captain like little green bars filling up. Thank you, grow-fuel!

Grow-fuel or zoom-fuel?

Fifteen fuels. No score to be ashamed of — just noticing.
